Welcome to Rhino Motion Studio! We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of services or requests for refunds. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations and refunds for competitions, courses, and services offered by Rhino Motion Studio.

Competition Registration

• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your registration for a competition hosted by Rhino Motion Studio, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start date of the competition. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds: Refunds for competition registrations will be issued at the discretion of our management and may be subject to deductions for administrative fees or expenses already incurred by Rhino Motion Studio in organizing the competition.

Course Enrollment

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your enrollment in an educational course offered by Rhino Motion Studio, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before the course start date may be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds: Refunds for course enrollments will be issued based on the following schedule:
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus any administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

Service Agreements

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service agreement with Rhino Motion Studio, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the cancellation process. Cancellation policies for service agreements may vary depending on the scope and duration of the project.
• Refunds: Refunds for services provided by Rhino Motion Studio will be issued based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of our management and may be subject to deductions for work already completed or expenses incurred.
